Ongezonde boodschappen

For De Gezonde Generatie, a coalition of multiple Dutch NGOs, we created a film that reveals how many unhealthy messages a child is exposed to online every day. A world that usually remains invisible to adults.

With this film, we want politicians, policymakers, advertising agencies, and influencers to realize that things cannot continue this way. Action is needed now. For example, through strong preventive policies, such as a law that tackles the marketing of unhealthy food to children.

Without any media budget, the film spread organically on social media and was picked up by Jeugdjournaal, several national news outlets, and discussed extensively on the consumer affairs program Kassa.
