My time at Crisp

In my two years as creative strategy director at online supermarket Crisp, I led the copy and concept team and helped shape the brand, end to end. Working closely with the founders, my focus was on building a brand that felt both tasteful and meaningful. And making sure that promise showed up in the work. Together with our in-house team, we translated this thinking into ideas across TV, OOH, social, mailings, brand innovations and activations.

Beyond shaping Crisp as a brand, I worked on a number of core propositions including the Crisp Weekbox, smart online pop-ups, and the regenerative vegetables range. I was also involved in a series of product innovations that made sustainability practical, and enjoyable. From Wilderblond, a beer created with Wilderland to support biodiversity, to Gekneusde Kombucha, brewed from surplus red fruit streams.
