Paarse Krokodillentranen is a game that makes dated proverbs relevant and ready to use once again. In cooperation with famous wordsmiths from Belgium and the Netherlands, we reinvented old proverbs by translating them into the vocabulary and habits of the current day and age.

This resulted in thousands of reinvented proverbs, a weekly presence on Radio 3FM’s GIEL! Collaborations with Van Dale and het Genootschap Onze Taal (the Dutch language authorities), and presence on many Dutch and Belgian major media.
